All Units must check in at the checkin table next to the drop off area. 

The fees are $5 per person, for all campers registered by April 1st.  On April 2nd the camping fee is $7 per person until midnight on April 15th.   After April 15th, at the door registration fee will be $10 per person.  If you have changes to your numbers, please log into www.doubleknot.com using the modify existing registrations so all of the people in your unit will be camped together.  If you make separate reservations, there is a possibility you will have separate camping areas.  Your unit can camp both Friday and Saturday evenings.

If your unit sgns up for a booth at Scout Expo before April 1st and participates at Expo, your unit will receive a $2 per person camping discount after Scout Expo.  The refund will be deposited into the unit account at the Trading Post.

Cancellation Policy
This fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. The numbers given here determine the amount space allocated for your group to camp. It is important that if you have changes, please use your logon and change your original reservation or your group may not be able to camp together. All camping is done by Districts.
