All Units must check in at the check in table next to the drop off area.
The fees are $5 per person, for all campers registered and paid by April 2nd. On April 3rd the camping fee is $7 per person until midnight on April 20th. After April 20th, at the door registration fee will be $10 per person. If you have changes to your numbers, please log into www.doubleknot.com using the modify existing registrations so all of the people in your unit will be camped together. If you make separate reservations, there is a possibility you will have separate camping areas. Your unit can camp both Friday and Saturday evenings.
If your unit signs up for a booth at Scout Expo before April 2nd and participates at Expo, your unit will receive a $2 per person camping discount after Scout Expo. The refund will be deposited into the unit account at the Trading Post.
NEW ADDITION--We will be offering a Baloo and Outdoor leader training session this year during EXPO. Any leaders wanting to join this wonderful chance to get some training completed click BALOO or click OUTDOOR fill out the form and return it to the Council Office. We will give you until a last day to register for this training of April 23th.
