Congratulations! It has been at least six months since you (or your scout) have been inducted into this great and honored order, the national honor society of the Boy Scouts of America.

You (or your scout) may now seal your membership in the order through the Brotherhood ceremony if you have continued faithfully to serve your fellow man and have completed the following requirements:

• Maintained your registered membership in scouting;
• Maintained your registered membership in the order of the arrow;
• Memorized the obligation, the order of the arrow official song, the admonition, the sign of ordeal membership, and the Arrow handclasp, and;
• Gained a thorough understanding of the Ordeal through which you have passed. (see “the customs and traditions of the ordeal” in the order of the arrow handbook.)

At this event, participants will experience a Brotherhood membership workshop where they will review all of the above requirements in detail to help prepare them.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Registration closes one (1) week prior to the start of the event, unless otherwise noted.
2. If the participant's dues are not current, the participant will be asked to pay them prior to participating in the event

4. Please eat before arriving
5. Please arrive no later than 3 p.m. Saturday afternoon. Location is on Lovell Canyon Road, just past Mountain Springs on Hwy 160 heading into Pahrump, NV.
6. Please remember to bring the following items with you:
   1. Parts A&B of the BSA medical form - Part A will not be returned
   2. Official BSA field uniform (“Class A”) and wear it upon arrival
   3. OA Sash
   4. Refillable water bottle
   5. Pen or Pencil, and Paper
   6. OA Handbook
7. PROHIBITED ITEMS:
   1. Food or food products of any kind
   2. Electronics or entertainment items of any kind
