$10     per Merit Badge

The Merit Badges we have chosen to offer can be done from your home.  We encourage you to read over the requirements before the class starts.  If you can complete any of the requirements at home before the class, please do.  Some badges have requirements for you to visit a place or meeting, but most have options that you can be completed from home.  Unless you have already completed that requirement please make sure and choose the requirements that you can adhere to Social Distancing Guidelines. 

Please familiarize yourself with the requirements and complete all that you can.  The Counselors will let you know how to follow up with them to ensure the requirements are completed. 

Before starting on any Merit Badge, you should consult with your Scoutmaster to get approval.  Your unit will need to issue a Blue Card through Scoutbook or however your unit has designated to complete this process.  Click HERE for a link to a tutorial on how this can be done. 

All registrants will be notified with the name of the counselor by April 6, 2020.  A link to the online course will be sent to registered participants on April 10, 2020.  Unless otherwise notified we will be using Zoom for these classes. 

We ask that you be patient with us as we figure this all out.  We will do our best but there are bound to be some bumps in the road. 

Please remember that Youth Protection Guidelines also apply to digital communications.  We will have two adults on each call but also ask that another adult in your household monitor things as well.  Any email communication should always include at least two adult leaders.  Read about more HERE about the BSA Guidelines regarding this issue at this link.

Steps to pay using credit from Canceled class:

1. Click “Checkout”
2. Payment Type = Select the Mailbox (This will allow you to save your registration without paying immediately)
3. Select “Complete Order”
4. Please email Eileen.B@scouting.org and she will transfer your payment from a canceled class to this class.
