Booths have been setup in area of interest. Select an area and then select what your unit or groups wishes to do at Expo. Each Booth has one Table and two chairs. If you need a shade shelter or more chairs, please bring them with you.
You only need to list "How Many" BOOTHS you wish to provide and the name of the person doing the registration. Then you will need the details of the Chairperson on a later screen. If it is the same person, great.
You will receive a $2 discount per person for camping, if your unit has signed up for a booth on or before October 11, 2019. Please contact Eileen Bevacqua at Eileen.Bevacqua@scouting.org for your credit to be applied to your camping.
Event starts at 9:00 -- setup starts at 7:00 am.
All Units need to check in at the table next to the drop off area for your booth. Entrance instructions will be emailed to you--Carts will be available to help you unload items to your booth.
